The Swede-O Night Splint is an easy to use night splint that works to hold the foot in a dorsiflexion which helps to stretch the plantar fascia. By doing this pain in the plantar fasciitis and achilles tendon can be relieved. The splint can fit wither foot and has a removable foam wedge the can add an additional 5 degree stretch!
