Overview
PolyMem Cloth Wound Dressings features a unique polyurethane membrane matrix that is applied to the cloth backing to provide a warm, moist wound environment and protection. Dressings actively promote the formation of granulation tissue, re-epithelialization, and concentration in the wound bed of the body's naturally produced growth factors, nutrients, and regenerated cells. Releases compounds shown to stimulate healing, increase tissue viability. Dressing are exceptionally comfortable; generally eliminates need for repeated debridement, use of supplementary topicals and dressings. Reduces patient pain, dressing change times and cost of materials. They are also Medicare/Medicaid reimbursable.
